My Tiger instrument is showing me a pump error. What do I need to do?

The pump error indicates that there might be a blockage or leak within the system. Firstly, we would recommend checking to ensure that the inlet and outlet of the instrument are not blocked or restricted. Next, please check the PTFE filter at the probe inlet to see whether this requires a replacement. Then, please inspect the black sensor seal within the sensor compartment and the MiniPID electrode stack for signs of damage, discolouration or residue. It may be necessary to carry out some simple user maintenance.
